I'm abit of both.
I talk alot, and I can talk about nothing for a while. [When I wa sin Belgium, me and my friend talked solidly about Bonbons for 20 minutes.
{Long running inside joke}] I can talk.
But I listen, if someone needs to talk to me I'll shut up or I can just listen... It's weird like that.
