I don't thinks it is fair if only smokers should have breaks, non-smokers should too, yeah, like posted above they should allow this. It was the reason why my mother started smoking, becuase it was only her who is a non-smoker, while everyone else is having thier smoke breaks and enjoying thier no working period, but only she works, and on her own. Makes her feel left out, and treated unfairly. It was like a excuse for having breaks whenever the smokers felt like it, but the non-smoker didn't have that choice.
