On the recently launched Xbox Australian website, Microsoft has revealed that the console's release there is sometime in early 2002, rather than the originally stated "late 2001" date. Since Australia is closer to Japan than Europe, it's likely that it will get the console on February 22 along with Japan, rather than the March 14 date.
