Don't go, we all irritate a few people when we're new! I blew up at Al the Vykker but I didn't run off. (He deleted the post as well, and let me off cus I was a n00b, so it's not all bad). Newbs irritate everyone, its a fact of life on line.
SO grin and bear it until people stop thinking of you as a n00b and you start wondering what evil secrets are kept hidden deep within the employee lounge up to the point where you rig a forum election and find out for yourself and then burn out your eyeballs with the horror of The Truth!
So in summary: everyone hate's n00bs, when you stop being a n00b after the first month people stop hating you, then you destroy mankind as we know it.
And they all lived happily for a disappointingly short period of time.
