Yes, he most definitely would, but what I meant is that he isn't fighting to overthrow it in order to free his own people from oppression, such as being held as slaves. That's all I meant by that.
But you're right-it is a matter of perspective because while some people see him as a terrorist, others see him as a hero. Some of the Afghans, for example, think that he's attempting to overthrow an immoral government while most Americans (and some other nations) see him as a figure that is attempting to inflict terror into others.
