Backround:Nice guy, but has a big problem. He is not the least bit serious. When he was a child, he got in trouble all the time. He was too careless. He still is. He is a fun guy to be around, but if you hang with him to long, your bound to get yourself it lots of trouble, and may end up losing a body part!
