yes,it is buggy for me too.maybe i was wrong,i probably didnt have that problem many times because i couldnt reach that part,since i have the problem with the lasers.sorry.
when i had win 98,i once found this problem with the exe i am using so that i can play it on xp.i made a save with him being frozen and tried it on win 98.he was still frozen.but when i saved it before meeting him and then met him while using the original exe on win 98,it worked.i think the problem is on playing the game on windows xp and not the cd
