That's just as pointless as trying to convert a gay person into a straight person.
And this whole cigarrette thing pisses me off. The government are no better than 19th century factory owners, getting rich at the expense of people's lives.
Fags should be banned permanently, and the laws against them should inflict heavy punishment upon the illegal trade of tobacco. Class A drug classification for tobacco! That would be a good investment for the future of the NHS.
