Sev surveyed the scene around him. What did happen here? Bodies were strewn everywhere, and the air was filled with smoke and ash. Blood and wreckage were strewn about.

He then reconsidered going into the woods. It may not be the safest place right now, but it would be better than staying out in the open. He walked slowly into the canopy of charred trees.

As Sev slowly marched, he couldn't see anyone around. He checked his gun. It was loaded. He had gotten better with his aim, so he could probably take down anything he came across, short of a mutant scrab.

Sev:"Ugh..."


Sev started to feel dizzy. Memories returned to him. Bad ones. He then lost conscience and collapsed on the ground.
