Possibly the fact that your missing is that the people who just go through their lives trying to live right and fly straight are the ones who never get noticed. On the other hand, any person who stands up and declares a crusade or tries to convert the heathens is going to get some major attention.
I'll bet that you know a hundred people who would call themselves christians that you don't even realise... simply because they don't give a shit whether you know or not.
