The statuses are based on the number of posts you have in the forums. You are actually now a Mudokon Slave as you have posted over 25 posts. Although some people did lose posts last week, I'm not sure if you were one of them (will have to check my backup).
Administrators are people who run the forums (i.e. myself and Sydney)... sorry, you can't actually become one.
