All these drug laws are silly. If somebody wants to mess themselves up they should have the right to do it.

While I basically agree with you, the problem with drugs is that you'll mess other people up, not yourself. Drunk driving (ironically, the most common example and legal drug) is a great example of how drugs hurt others than those who take them.
All that aside, I agree that (most) drugs should not be outlawed. The only things that should be llegal are activities that may harm others.
