Can someone help me host a banner?
I have a few questions regarding banners. I want to design my own banner but I don't have a web host to do so. How do I go about makeing myself a banner? I will design it but I want to have it in my posts. Mainly what are the specs for the banners on here? And is there a way to turn the file with my banner into an HTML document without web space?
