Well, Bush apologized and accepted full responsibilty, for those who care. Actually, I think that's the first honest noble thing he's done in his terms. Thumbs up at him.

I'd rather put those thumbs up his arse. I can't help but get the feeling that regardless of all the apologies he's made for screwing up with the levees, he still owes an apology to the people who're being treated like British soldiers in a nazi prison camp.
