I'm torn with this. I do believe to some extent that they're not as evolved as the more sophisticated people. I, for one, was brought up in quite a rough area. Yet i don't act in the abhorred way that, that kind do.

No, what I mean is, if a teen gets raped and gets pregnant as a result, it's not their fault, that's what I meant, there can be exceptions. And I don't think it has anything to do with how or where you're brought up.
I hate it when a kid commits a crime and people are all like; 'Oh well, we shouldn't be too hard on them, they're from a broken family', what sort of crud is that? I'm from a broken family and I've never done anything like beat up some old age pensioner. Stuff like that is so annoying.
