Used - sure, I agree that you have to get used to harsh criticism as an artist/writer/designer/whatever, but usually it's constructive at the same time. On the art forums I frequent, just saying "that's a pile of rubbish" is the sort of thing that can get you suspended. Saying "it's not very good because x, y and z" is fine, because unless you can see your flaws you can't improve on them (and god knows if you've sat staring at a piece of artwork for long enough everything looks fine untill you leave it alone for a week or two to freshen your mind, and half a dozen errors leap out at you). You don't HAVE to pretend it's great and be all fangirly about it, but it's courtesy to at least say WHY you don't like it so the designer can improve.
Mind you, I can't get it to download, so I can't offer a yay or nay either way. :P
