Ah, well, I see you view completely. Stuff like that should be cut down, maybe not as harshly as you are suggesting, but anyway... I think really Chavs, (not to be offensive, but I was told this means like a Scally, but...more so...) and teenage pregnancy are a matter of choices. And there are sometimes good reasons for teen pregnancy and immigration.
