Sligster, how are squirrels pests? It's not like acorns are a valuable crop for humans or something... |
Ground Squirrels. They dig burrows everywhere. It's a mountainous region, so there are alot of hikers, and one occasionally trips in a hole and breaks their ankle. That's bad.
Or sometimes a cow will get their leg caught. Leg breaks, you have to put it to sleep. Less cows = less milk/steak = less profit.

People should hunt other people. It would be the new extreme sport. And the prey would be like fitness gurus, survival nuts, and other skilled hunters... maybe televised American football fans (for beginners). Of course, there would be fake weapons and such, just to please those "it's wrong to kill people" crazies.
