Squirrel chili? I've been long gone from this topic, but I had to reply to that. I have never heard of a squirrel chili, is it you know, like it sounds i.e a normal chili but with squirrel meat instead of mince, beans etc.?
I've never had deer, dove or rabbit, can you compare it to anything else?

It's normal chili with squirrel replacing the meat; it still has beans and whatnot.
Squirrel is a really mild white meat.
Deer is like a sweeter, richer beef flavor. It's hard to explain.
Rabbit is extremely similar to squirrel, and tastes great when barbecued.
Dove is basically a really flavorful, moist chicken flavor. Simply awesome when wrapped in bacon and smoked.
