Female outlaws (Yo'Momma), Female grubbs. But she means a Hero character.
BUT she forgot about the coolest grubb there is (and which I think can be called a Hero) Frayda Evrything(native resistance leader). She's female.

As in, the were making a game which took place on Earth (which would be where this concept art came from), then they most likely turned around and decided it could work on OW, hence the big panther guy and demonic sheep.
