It has to be said, Karma does come right back around and beat the people who deserve a beating with an excretment covered stick. I've witnessed this on several occasions.

Not really. Karma is the effect that a specific action has on your soul, whether good or bad. The only time you can be 'punished' by Karma is through reincarnation. And the only people who suffer from bad Karma are people belonging to the lower caste or the untouchable outcastes.
It doesn't seem as though any of you really know the laws of Karma.
