Okay dawg, I'll give you a source and a fuction. Allavatars.com or HotAvatars.com have great selections, but getting the avatar is a bit tricky. First, go to paint, and then change the size of the whit pad to 100x100 or less. Then, go to the site, copy an avatar from the site, paste it in your paint file. And lastly, save it as GIF (there are others you can use, but GIF works the easiest). I hope this helped
