I would easily believe she was for real and the only way I see you doubting her is if you live in some high society where you don't have girls who are totally ignorant to the world around them and think it's funny to act stupid. Go in a teen girl chatroom and you will find many people like these. Hell, I even know some in person from my school.
However, and I can't believe no one else picked this up, the one thing that does make me suspicious is the name 'Huw Morris'.
If 'Huw' is prenounced like 'Hugh' then just think about it.
