Really? I've noticed the opposite. I've noticed an alarming trend of people becoming bisexual because they think it's 'cool'.
I mean, if someone's bisexual good for them, double the fun eh? But if someone's pretending to be bisexual because they think it's cool is just stupid. Someone changing the way they dress/act to impress someone else is dumb anyway. But to change your sexuality just to get into a certain group or clique is even worse.
I don't doubt the existence of bisexuality though. I can't remember where I read it but some scientists somewhere proved bisexuality to be a part of puberty. As in people go through a short period of bisexuality (assuming they aren't fully bisexual) so their brain can figure out what gender it likes the most (sexually).
