Lorne's problem, as I see it, is that he gets very excited about his ideas and tends to tell people about it before the proverbial bomb hits him and he realizes it's not going to happen.

Fangus is the PERFECT example of this. 'Hey man! Let's make this MEGA PHUCKING AWESOME fps! You're a big cat with dual guns. Plus sheep'. Then, they actually realise their idea wasn't as grand as first intended.

He's not some lying, money-grubbing, conniving scumbag, he just has trouble keeping up with his ideas. It's unfair to expect him to be giving us quality games like the kind he's famous for and do it all in the amount of time that the forum members expect him to. He's most likely under a lot of pressure as it is with the movie, and for us to whine and cry because we're not getting something while he's got his hands tied is just selfish.
