Sure thing! If you are on the floor right below Drippik's quarters, all you have to do is find a way down to the next floor. Dont even worry about the sligs. After you return to the area where Abe first started, walk Dippik to the left, you should be behind a barrier near a row of mines. Here's the key: yell "Help!" to call a slig, and one by one tell the sligs to "Come 'ere!" and they will blow up the mines. You may need to walk back to the right after the slig is following you to avoid being blown up. Once the mines are gone, call one last slig to pull the lever closest to you and lower the barrier. Next, stand on the trap door and get the slig to pull the other level. You will drop down to the lowest level. Simply say "Hey!" to the security fone. When the slig says "What?" say "Do It!". Now you get to watch a cool cut scene and escape the barraks unharmed. If I missed anything, feel free to ask again!
