I doubt it -- 2000 is essentially the same as NT. It's a business-oriented OS, internally completely different than W95/98/Me (i.e., not based on DOS).
If there's a patch, I believe it would be at infogrames.com (that's where you get sent if you try to access gtinteractive.com). I just took a quick look at their patch list and there were no patches for either AO or AE.
Bummer.
