ooc: Perfectkirby, back up a little. First, no random characters are allowed (though there have been quite a few lately from older members, no names mentioned, some, like CS's cykkers can be excused.)
Also There are only three glukkons in Repture Farms, Dripik's Arnia and Otto and chirpy's Carl. Though Carl might say something like that, he's basically a visitor and wouldn't be managing new arrivals. And Otto and Arnie wouldn't say anything like that at all. There are no other glukkons here so Snipe would have to walk in (the station doors are open) and look around for someone like Arnie.
