I'm playing Oddysee the first time through. I rescued all 28 slaves in the first level and 3 slaves so far in the second level.

I just returned to the begining of the level where the readout is and it says:

employees 71
casualties -3
escapees 31

The display was giving the correct numbers until I started freeing slaves on the second level.

I don't think this is normal. Somehow its deducting numbers from the wrong column. This is the PSX version. Should I continue playing the game through or restart? Will the game give me a bad ending if I finish with -71 casualties?

I'm sorry if this has been answered before on this forum. I searched the web looking for an answer an found nothing.
