There is another slightly harder but much quicker way to clear this level.
Abe will have 4 spooce from his two mudokon rescues at the beginning of the level.
Abe can jump the fence in the room with patrolling Interns. Be careful not to be seen.
Follow the interns around to a ladder, and climb on up. There will be a little hallway, where Munch dives into the water and swims through. Have Abe jump across this gap. You tend to go farther if you jump from a run and not a standing position.
Bring him to the room with the Bounce and Invisible vendos and leave him for now.
Bring munch to the room with the Aquabounce and the giant platform filled with interns and vykkers.
Have Munch stand on a floor switch on a walkway on one end of the room. He'll need Aquabounce to reach it and Zap to clear the Intern standing nearby.
Have Abe take a Bounce and Invisible, and hurry him across the room of Interns and Vykkers and up the ladder and out through the gate.
The invisible should last long enough for him to get inside the area where the Fuzzle cages are, and have him drink another Bounce and jump up to the high platform near the bird portal. There will be a scrubbing mudokon here, but ignore him for now.
Quicksave.
The three vykkers have sawbones, and can kill everything with three to five hits. The vykkers are also stationed rather close to the platform Abe is hiding on. Have him chant and use 1 spooce to try and snag a vykker. Use him to kill as many interns as you can. He probably won't last long if the other vykkers see him, so when he goes, possess another vykker.
Repeat this until you are out of spooce or all three vykkers are dead.
If you're out of spooce, Munch's Zap can easily knock the remaining interns off the bridge.
Once the room is clear, gather the two mudokons in the room (the one on your platform and the one outside the little chamber, reached with Bounce) and rescue them.
Take Munch and rescue the fuzzles. If you are going for the bad ending, you can use a vykker to kill the fuzzles while they are caged.
Abe and Munch must pull the levers, as Big Bro Boogie said. The emplyee status board might not show that all of the interns and vykkers are dead, but they are anyways.
Send Munch out through the water-filled tunnel, and send Abe back the way he came.
When they meet in the room with the loading chute and the egg crates, bring Abe over to the platform where the Shaman spoke earlier. Munch can take an Aquabounce and jump up to the remote control for the crane.
Carefully drop all of the egg crates (if memory serves, there are 22) into the loading chute, pick up Abe, and drop him on the bullseye behind Munch.
Take them both to the nearby teleporter.
The room you arrive in will be the last room you see if you have the bad ending coming. Otherwise, continue to the next level.
