Maybe I get "you're codek" vibes off of you? Or perhaps it's just the fact that you said that if I'm not codek, you'd apologise on behalf of the people who believe that I'm codek - why else would you apologise on behalf of a group of people if you don't feel that you're part of that group? You can't really apologise on behalf of a mindset that you don't subscribe to. That would be like me apologising on behalf of George Bush for going to war with Iraq.

I am not wanting to be an OT mod. I'm not aiming for any positions of power, and I do not actively intend to run for moderator. Your gut feeling is NOT a goddamn reason to pester me about how you're so uncomfortable with the idea that I might end up as a moderator. It doesn't belong in this thread, and even if it did there's little point in bringing it up. If you don't want me to be a moderator, then simply don't vote for me. No need to bitch in public about it because frankly you're not convincing enough to sway anyone's opinion, if that's what you're trying to do.

As for Conker_Rocket, I was not talking about him in the part you quoted me on. How convenient for you to have left out the part where I said, "...unless the degree of mistakes is completely unforgivable and he or she is apparently what you call a 'troll'." That part is in reference to Conker_Rocket. There shouldn't have been need for further explanation on that.

I wasn't saying that you intended that part to be about Conker_Rocket, I was simply saying that it was misplaced and/or superflous, because it did not apply to anything in this thread. Nobody is talking about being harsh on newbies who make the odd mistake here and there, so there was no need to even mention such a thing.
Now, how about you show us all how much of a better person you are by continuing this in PM?
Or is your public image still at risk?
