And he drew one of his guns, pointing it at the thing -- he now could see it was one ridiculously big Eagle -- on Blaze's head. He would have shot right away, but Blaze was wrestling it, and he didn't want to risk hitting the Anthro.

The gunslinger had been making camp ing the woods ... and he decided. He was going to go and take somebody with him. The cats' magic might be useful, and if he set himself to it, the tiger-men (and perhaps the pitiful man in the suit) could be trained to weild a gun.
He quickly packed his few camping supplies and began back towards the village.
