(i think you speak the name like: "Ok-ti-gae-ye" or somethin', for thats how eugene called them) are Sekto's guards. (BTW: Sekto is a Name) And they could be seen as bosses, as they had their own life/health and stamina bars and pictures.
That'd clear anything.
