There is a screen, I can't remember the door, where Abe has to run away from a big rolling stone, like Indiana Jones (you'll certainly notice it when you get there).
After getting rid of the stone, get back to that screen and go right, rolling. You 'll find a scret path to a room full of paramites and three mudokons.
