Make a petition (poll) asking people if he should be banned. Then, if the modal answer is yes, tell Alcar to sort the dude out.

That seems a bit rediculous, but sure, why not.
A poll it is. Uh, but since I can't actually add a poll to this thread, how about we just get people to say yes or no in this thread?
