If you only have two superiors, and they're both wimps, then who are the people barking at you to put your hat back on? And clearly you're not the only sergeant around - the other guy in the photo has the exact same rank.

The people barking at me to put my hat back on would be those two superiors. While they're push overs, I still have to abide by the rules of the Cadets, I just try to test the limits
As for other Sergeants, yes, there are about six other Sergeants. But we are equal rank, therefore we have no control over other Sergeants. Only those below.
