Vulgy is a small, really fast and clever Chagan.
Vulgy was born a little twenty-five years ago in Davorix, the capital of the Chaquan territory. Due to an accident with the king and his mother (see the original RPG) he got banned out of Davorix, but by betraying the race of the Aurora togheter with his Resganian friend, Exceltince, he managed to get accepted back in Davorix again... His friend Exceltince was punished for not killing vulgy and now the Aurora are trying to find Vulgy, but they don't know his identity...
This is kindof a shorter version of what happened in the main RPG, the first couple-of-pages...
