I do, it's the best thing I've ever played (Maybe even higher than Oddworld, no offense). I just love being scared.
I'm gonna be dressed up as pyramid head from Silent Hill 2 next year for Halloween. I plan on just going throughout the neighborhood with my Great Knife scarin' the ever-loving-crap out of little kids.
