Erm, Splinter is not a third person shooter.
It's called a Stealth game, or a Stealth/Sneak 'em up.
A game which hands you a gun is not the definition of shooter.
A Shooter/Shoot 'em up is a game which involves mostly shooting, hence the name Shooter.
