Ah yes, thanks for reminding me about that, I only seem to remember to change that when I'm not on the internet, and by the time I've logged on here I'm usually so absorbed in browsing that I completely forget.
As for E3 being a trade show, yes, it is. But it's not completely closed off to the general public. I'd say a fairly large percentage of the people at E3 have got in by simply working for a company that puts them under the catagory of "in the industry". Also you can go the long way round and make your own website, but that's a pretty big expense to go to just to get in. You can also buy your way in but last I heard that costs in the region of the $1000's of dollars mark.
