"JOSH!" Slogann howled, as she tried to squirm out of Stranger's grip. He didn;t let go, in stead put a harder grip on her. It was too late for her to do anything. She didn't even know the Steef for long. The place was obviously falling apart, from Sekto's earthquake machine. Steven and Kirk were following beside Stranger, as he ran as fast as his boots could take him. A doorway was crumbling down. They slid through the doorway before it fell on them. A gigantic rumble behind them shook them down. But then a growl followed as well. Slogann looked up from the cement, and saw what she didn't believe. Her old clan of Slogs had returned, just as they promised. "Well, well, well. Slogann and her corndog friends 'r 'ere," the leader said deceivingly. "Leave us be, Dirke! 'Dis is no time to fight!" Slogann stood up. "Oh, no, you don't. We promised that we'd come back fer you and yer lil' friend, and rip ya all apart," Dirke took a step forward. Slogann growled in frustration. The roof above them shuddered again, and a chunk of it fell right on her leg. "'Dis place is till fallin' apart! We got's to get outta 'ere!" she cried, tugging her leg out of the wreckage. "Poor, poor Slogann. We'll finish yeh off, just 'cause yer livin' in misery," Dirke growled evilly, approaching her. Fuzz balls flew out of nowhere, and bit on Dirke, knocking him aside. Stranger scruffed Slogann again, and snatched up Abe. More roof knocked off above them, but this time, the cement part of it smashed right on Dirke and the nipping Fuzzles. A ear-splitting howl came out of the rubble, then his silence. Stranger continued to run through more of the falling apart labs. 'RIP, Dirke. You filthy bastard,' Slogann thought sadly.
