I guess I was channelling maddox when I wrote my last post. But I still call it excusable because I can't stand people who have no conception of the real possibilities of technology.
Can you even guess what it's like to study Robotics when everyone in the world just assumes that means C-3PO?
Let me say this: whilst it is possible to create a humanoid, walking robot, there will never be any practical use for it because it needs huge amounts of expensive technology and computer power just to balance when you could just add an extra two legs or change it into three wheels and have no problem at all.
