I also found on the DVD version of Return of the Jedi at the very end where Luke sees the spirits of Yoda, Obi-Wan, and Anakin, that Anakin's spirit was replaced from Sabastian Shaw with Hayden.

That would explain some things, yeah it's a good thing they did that.
