Eh ignoring the n00bs will only make continue their mistakes. By n00b, i mean a member that makes the same mistake again and again, even though he has been informed to to do it.

But if you don't ignore them, then they end up telling their form tutor, and it's
you who has the Sh*t kicked out of you by someone with a lot more power than you have.
Or, if they are strong Knobs, then I don't think you'll live to see another day.
