I've only seen the one of the TV spots. My brother saw the other.
Anyway...here's a description of the one I've seen.
Stranger is carrying a wiggling sack up a hill in the rain. It's a body bag with an outlaw inside. Stranger flops the bag onto a guillotine at the top of this hill. You hear the outlaw's muffled cries...then Stranger pulls a lever and down comes the blade. The outlaw screems louder. The screen splashes with goo and a portion of the outlaw's scalp falls into a basket. The scalp was cut deep enough that you can see the outlaw's squishy brain. In his brain you see the G4 logo wobbling at you like Jell-O. THE END
