No! People speak in normal sentences and use words that aren't shortened into acronyms!
Chatspeak is reserved for chats, whereas normal speak is appropriate for public forums such as this, where you have time to type slowly and thuroughly.
It's also a matter of respect. Other people try hard to make their posts readable, then some guy comes along and gobbs all over the keyboard and calls it a post and makes the rest of our efforts look futile.
Also, it makes you look STUPID. Chatspeak makes you look STUPID.
Ever read VG Cats? Chatspeakers in that comic always look like bottle-headed morons.
