I have already read that, I read it before I joined the Work at RuptureFarms RPG.
It's quite good to read through it, I feel, and it also shows how our current experienced RPGers have "evolved," so to speak, from being newbies like myself.
I think the main problem is that people decide to start RPGing, but they don't like any of the RPGs that are already running. But, because they are inexperienced, the RPGs that they then proceed to make end up being (I'll keep this polite

) not-so-good.
Which is why I think this is a very good idea, it basically means that people can't make RPGs until they know how.
