Well, I think there's a leak in this rule, with the '3 months' part. Someone will not get experience in RPGing by posting once and waiting for 3 months, then saying: "Yeeha! I play RPGs for 3 months! Where's the licence?". Maybe there should be something like a limit with the post counts too. If you click on the 'number of posts' area next to the thread's name, it tells you how many times did a player post in that RPG.
It's just an idea...
And maybe we should count the older RPGers too. Some of them are absent, but they have been RPGing for a long time, too.
