Yea, i've made a new rule, because that new players keep creating non-organized RPs.

You must at least have RPed for some time.
But, with few exceptions the player will be allowed to make RPs before, if i see that he/she is good at it, and knows how to organize the RPs, or has done it before on other Boards.
Also, it could go the opposite way; the player must wait some more time before he/she gets his/her "RP-license", if he/she still hasn't understood the rules, and the way RPs are made.
