this is a great trick you know in the grubbs village they talk aboot this artefact if you get it it stops damage indefinately. To get it there is a rope in an shaded corner of a ruiner building go up it and you will see a walkway. Go across it and there is another rope there dont go up it yet shoot there is 3 boards embedded in the wall shoot them with zapflies to destroy them now go up the rope and jump into the hole the artefact is a glowy thing collect it and you will have no damage indefinately.
